Are vehicle graphics easy to remove? The answer is YES.
All is needed is a heat source, preferably a heat gun, some experience and a lot of patience. Remember, your finger might hurt a little and you might get a blister when removing your vehicle graphics / car wrapping. If you get stuck, you can also call us for a vinyl removal quotation and we will do the job for you.
Here at Atelier P we use high-quality films that are designed to leave no adhesive residue when removed.
To summarise: If the vehicle has been sign-written or wrapped with a high-quality vinyl / car wrap vinyl then the removal process is very easy. A properly installed vehicle graphics / wrap will not damage factory paint jobs that are in good condition. When vehicle is sign-written or wrapped properly, this will not only give your vehicle a unique look but will also protect your vehicle’s original paint resulting in a higher resale value
Beware of cheap self-adhesive vinyl. When removed, cheap vinyl leaves adhesive on your vehicle paint work, and that means more cleaning.
Please note that vehicle wrap film does not stick to rust or textured plastic surfaces like some bumpers or vehicle plastic car / van trims.
If your vehicle has rust, chipped paint, peeling paint, an after market clear coat or after market vehicle paint an vehicle wrap may pull the paint or clear coat off when removed.
